The Triangular-shaped Fine Ceramic Stones are used for light honing of straight or serrated blades. Since very little metal is removed during use, they are excellent for finishing the edge after coarse sharpening or maintaining already sharp edges.

Use for replacement stones on the following items:

    • Ceramic Edge Pro Electric Knife Sharpener (item # 50245)
    • Deluxe Diamond Electric Knfie Sharpener (item #50127)

    Replacement Instructions:

    1. The sharpening capabilities of ceramic stones decreases with use because the metal dust collects on the working corners of the triangular stones. The ceramic stones can be removed and replaced or cleaned to refresh their abrasive quality.
    2. Remove the Phillips head screw(s) and save for re-assembly.
    3. Remove the plastic cover and save for re-assembly.
    4. Remove the old stones and dispose.
    5. Insert one of the ceramic stones into the deepest cavity available, then place the other stone into the opposite cavity. The second stone will rest partially on top of the first stone to form a V-in the middle. Both stones are designed to be interchangeable.
    6. Replace the plastic cover.
    7. Replace the Phillips head screw(s).
    8. Cleaning Instructions:
